At this year's exhibition, we will introduce the SLM Steel Laser Marking Machine, developed to make structural steel marking faster, clearer, and more accurate. Traditional manual layout and marking can take considerable time and may lead to inconsistencies during fabrication. The SLM automatically marks part numbers, dimensions, drilling positions, welding reference lines, and other processing information directly onto the steel surface, helping operators carry out subsequent fabrication work more efficiently.
Equipped with four 100W laser marking units, the SLM can work on the top, bottom, left, and right sides of a workpiece at the same time. Its automatic focusing system detects the material position and adjusts the focal distance to maintain consistent marking quality. The machine also supports Tekla file formats and works with GUANDA’s SFM software, allowing design data and fabrication information to be transferred more smoothly from the office to the production floor.
